Prices and VAT
All consumer-facing prices are displayed in Saudi riyals and include applicable VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise. ZATCA guidance requires consumer prices to be presented consistently on a VAT-inclusive basis.
Any shipping charge, cash-on-delivery fee, or other applicable charge will be shown before the order is completed.
Online Payments
By submitting an online payment, the customer confirms that:
- They are authorised to use the selected payment method.
- The information supplied is correct.
- Sufficient funds or credit are available.
- The transaction is not fraudulent or unauthorised.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways, banks, card networks, digital wallets, or instalment providers.
39riyal.com generally does not directly receive or store complete payment-card details when payments are processed by authorised payment providers.
Cash on Delivery
Where cash on delivery is available:
- A SAR 15 cash-on-delivery fee may apply.
- A valid mobile number is required.
- A complete delivery address is required.
- We may contact the customer to confirm the order.
- Unconfirmed orders may be held or cancelled.
- Cash on delivery may not be available for every customer, location, product, or order.
Repeated refusal or non-collection of cash-on-delivery orders may result in the payment method being restricted for future orders.
Payment Verification
We may request additional verification where an order appears unusual, incomplete, high-risk, or potentially unauthorised.
An order may be delayed or cancelled if the requested verification is not provided.
Payment Failures
A payment may fail because of:
- Insufficient funds
- Incorrect card information
- Bank restrictions
- Security verification
- Digital-wallet errors
- Payment-provider interruption
- Technical problems
Customers should contact their bank or payment provider where payment has been declined.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be submitted through the applicable refund method.
The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, payment gateway, digital wallet, or payment provider.
Cash-on-delivery refunds may require valid bank-account information from the customer.
